Emgoda – Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Emgoda (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on Emgoda, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To make a purchase on Emgoda, you must:

Provide accurate and complete billing and account information
Have legal authority to enter into a binding contract

Digital products (scripts, software, source code, licenses)
Online services and subscriptions
Other ecommerce-related products
All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or content are error-free.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required before delivery or access.

4. Digital Product Delivery

You are responsible for securing your download files and access credentials.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered or accessed, unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions
You may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous charges.
Exceptions may apply only if required by law.
6. License & Usage

Emgoda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Emgoda after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
